Poster Presentations
The poster area includes poster panels of 130 cm wide x 240 cm high, so any poster should be smaller than this. They are suitable for A0 size posters in portrait orientation. Please print your poster ahead of time and bring it with you to the conference on the day of your session.
The placement of your poster will be marked on the panel, where it will be presented with a poster number indicated in the Program.
Poster presenters are expected to stay in front of their posters to present their work to interested attendees during the interactive poster session. Failing to do this may lead to marking no-show or absence of the author. Please remove your poster at the end of your allocated session. Posters left mounted to the boards after the end of the session will be removed and disposed of.
Oral Presentations
The duration of a presentation slot is 15 minutes. You will have 12 minutes for the presentation itself and 3 minutes for questions from the audience. Each presentation has its own time slot which cannot be changed or shifted. Therefore, the speakers are expected to make best use of the slot and leave sufficient time for question and answers. Presenters must check-in with the Session Chair prior to the session start.
All presentation rooms are equipped with a computer, a data projector, and a microphone. Please bring your presentation on a USB, as well as email it to yourself so you have a backup. Presenters can also use their own computer if necessary. If you are using a Mac computer, please ensure you have your own HDMI converter.
